Non-Transferability: The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions from The Spa-Lon.

Redemption Period: The trial facial must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Confirmation of Appointment: Our customer representative will contact you to confirm your appointment. Please ensure our contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

Proof of Payment: Proof of payment must be presented at the time of the appointment.

Online Payment Exclusive: Promotional trial prices are available exclusively for online payments.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 1 day in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, the $44.50 deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for future bookings.
